Ankara for skirts and more!

Ankara is one of West Africa's traditional fabrics, but was originally known  to be made by Dutch from waxed cotton for the Indonesia market . The fabric however became popular in Africa partly due to the distinctive African motif/pattern or durability of the fabric to Africa weather... Ankara is an adorable fabric that is worn for many occasions and can be made in different styles and combine with other fabric as you like....

Check out my latest Ankara skirts and how I have styled them for spring/summer look....
