Xmas in Spring.....Calgary Canada

This is the weather condition here today, and we are still expecting more...Obviously no work for some people today including me...lol., and  some of our schools are not officially closed , but there is no way we could get the kids to school  because the main route to school is blocked.......that means......mmmmm, what am I going to do today? You all know the rest.....

 Merry Xmas everyone....

  1. It's snowing like crazy here in Montana too. Today is my granddaughter's 6th birthday. She was an at-risk preemie and spent 4 months in the NICU in Salt Lake City. The day before she was born, Hubs and I drove her parents' car through the worst blizzard I've ever seen-through Pocatello, Idaho-and we arrived in time to see Gracie born. Every year on her birthday I tell her how Grandma and Poppa drove through a blizzard to see her being born. She never tires of hearing it, but maybe I'm jinxing the weather!

  3. Wow! Being from the south, I don't know if I could take snow this time of year, but it does look lovely. Enjoy your day home with the kiddies.

  6. Merry Christmas to you too (lol). When I lived in Upstate New York we had a blizzard (window sill high) on Mother's day one year.

  10. Oh my!!! I'm out in Vancouver this week, I totally missed the spring snow storm. Hopefully a chinook will pass through and the snow will be melted by the time I get home tonight.

    Cheers!
